As “Internship” is concerned, students are running to get it done anyhow, without having any proper focus and aim. Certainly students are not a bit serious about their technical education and degree and career. After completing a 4 year technical degree (B.Tech), they started to plan not to get a job, they started dreaming getting a blasting job to let them feel free as they were in their college days. But is it really true students want this? I admit, “NOT EXACTLY”. They also want to achieve the things but in a right manner, so I feel they must be proper exposed in terms of their choice and career building.
They must have to talk about a good and interesting internship in their respective fields only.
What do they need to know before starting their Internship?
- Every single student must do some search & research work on Google as this is the best platform to find out the things around.
- They must keep contact to their known people for their internship in their respective fields or interest.
- They must ask to their Professors to let them aware something new or wide.
- Sometimes students seek a simple way to finish their internship as they feel it bogus or not useful sometimes, so I will advise to all of them, please take it seriously to do something different. As the majority is becoming a technical graduate, they must have to fill a gap in-between of competitive technical graduates.
- In India, there are so many MNCs and other big brands available for every sector. Students must try to get one best for them.
- Somehow, if some students are not succeed in getting their internship from a good corporate/industry, I feel they can start their own standard to work into and under some guidance can build a new rocket science concept. As we know some technical graduates did this and are still doing to create a new bench for big brands.
In Brief, every student who is going to join an internship must be aware of its ultimate need and profit for their career building.
